How to use Adobe Creative Cloud with no Creative Cloud Desktop

Hi.

 

I am preparing to try Adobe Photoshop CC with a free trial, my only issue is Creative Cloud Desktop.

 

I intend on using it on a machine that will be primarily offline, so I want to know how to use Photoshop CC without Creative Cloud Desktop.

 

Also, if I do decide to go ahead and subscribe to Photoshop CC, is there a way to just pay the monthly or however often it is fee, and just uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop?
