I'd do this, it's $300 and has a really solid iGPU with the Intel Skylake CPU as well as DDR4 RAM, which is upgrade able from 8 to 16GB's and the ability to upgrade to an i5 / i7 down the road if needed.

you dont want an amd cpu for minecraft since the game is sngle threaded and amd cpus have horrible ipc

I would go for this since it could do allot better with a i5 and a SSD and you can just upgrade to a RX 460 anytime

In the games OP will likely be playing till he gets an RX 460 or whatever it will not be making a noticeable difference, what 1-3FPS at max?
