I have a system with a couple different GPUs in it. I'm trying to overclock them but I don't know how to stress test each one. If I were to use a typical stress test like unigine heaven for example, it will only use the gpu my displays are plugged into, obviously because none of the them are in SLI. Is there any stress test out there that will let me select which GPU it run it on, or something I can do through the Nvidia control panel?

Switch the display to different GPUs and do it that way.

I suppose you could use Folding as a stress test, as it'll use all GPUs you have.

If you are willing to deal with command prompt, I can recommend you another one (lacks GUI, though).
