BF4...what will it take

I have a 1440p monitor,a 2500k, and a gtx 670. I play bf3 all max without msaa. After the initial optimizations what do you think it will take, single gpu wise, to max out bf4. I feel that the graphics are not much better than bf3 IMO. I want to upgrade my gpu but I don't think $600+ is reasonable for a gpu. I am not sure why it's not like $550 tops.

Right now it's in beta so it sucks at optimizing for things. I think it should be around the same if not a little more demanding than BF3 but we won't know until it's released.

Go tell that to Nvidia, worth a shot but something's telling me that they don't really care what we think, because whatever we might think, people will still buy the 780 and Titan for 600/1000$ =P

But now we'll have an alternative in a few weeks, with the R9-290X that is expected (speculations purely) to be around 550-600$

Do you need to buy the card now? Just wait till the game is closer to release or even better actually released and then make a better decision

If you really want to upgrade i would suggest get the R9-290X, its apparently the 'titan killer' and should max bf4.

All the demonstrations regarding bf4 have been maxed out on an R9-290x so that would be the best bet Imo
