Help best MB + CPU + Ram combo for RX480 under 250

Hey guys, I want to build a new gaming PC and I need your help. My budget is 250 and I want a combo that works with the RX 480 and OC as an option. Thanks in advance and if you have any other thoughts please share.

if you want OC as an option then get ready to drop around $400 minimum.

but that CPU is a non K cpu and that board doesnt support OC. if you want to BLCK OC you need a z170 motherboard, and also i believe intel patched the skylake BLCK OC exploit.

you can't OC on that setup. locked CPU plus non OC motherboard is a no go.

While that is technically true you can revert to an earlier bios and have no issues overclocking.

but dont you need a Z170 Chipset motherboard to do that OC exploit.

you dont need to OC. but zen is a good option if you are willing to wait till the end of this year

I don't need OC for now but after the warranty coverage I want to overclock to get more performance.
