Ok so, I tried out HotSpot Shield

Verizon started to throttle my Internet on YouTube for this month already, so I downloaded HotSpot Shield to see if it would fix it, and surprisingly it did. I'll have to mess around with it for a little longer, but so for, it's pretty great.

I use TOR for my phone because free, although I'm still looking for a port that my school doesn't block so I can go right on through, since they have taken the liberty to already block VPN's

I highly recommend not using TOR if you care about privacy and security. There is a lot of organized crime and FBI agents (probably the NSA too) running end nodes.

OpenVPN I find always seems to work.

Well the iOS version is just an exit, not a VPN server. I've paired it with VPNBook and it works fine for me, no bandwidth limits.

It's still secure and anonymous. If you use the latest version and without JS enabled you become virtually untraceable. NSA running end nodes puts unencrypted servers at risk, but not the users.
