Cool well if you can't get/don't want to replace the screen then yes if iCloud backup is turned on it should do a backup when the phone is plugged in and connected to wifi. You can upgrade your storage on another device or through iCloud control to make sure you have space.

Well... IF iCloud backup is turned on, just buy more storage and then  keep the phone plugged in for 24 hours and it should do a backup.

it is turned on will i need to put my password in to activate it again because my mother reset the god dam thing and it needs password.

it says touch ID needs password after restart will that stop it from backing up????????

If it is the phone passcode then iCloud will still backup. If you mean your iCloud password then you're screwed.
