beep Random Motherboard Question

Can anybody help me with this motherboard question???

 

I have this intel lga 775 motherboard and I am getting a alarm beep code, would this be due to the cooler being placed incorrectly?

I don't have the manual anymore... its an older mobo.

I have no idea haha, all it says is lga 775

That's just the socket type  I need a bit more than that. No brand name or anything?
