reinstalling windows problem

when i click refresh pc without affecting files on windows 8 it says some files are missing Your windows installation or recovery media will provide these files. i dont have the disk for windows anymore but i have the product key

Using windows media creator, you need to create a bootable windows usb.

Just do a clean install and be done with it.  You'll thank me later.

What disk?  If you don't have a hard disk then you cant install a OS anyways.

Just create a bootable usb using that link I sent you. It will act just like a windows disc
