The CPU you have picked out now cannot be overclocked. I don't really have any recommendations. And you don't need more storage in order to overclock.

I'm no expert in overclocking, but I believe so. You'll just have to use a different program. Here's a video specifically about the 380:

the hard part is it is still har to decide rx 480 or r9380 or a slow one that cost less sicne 2 of my game just say GeForce GTX 460 or AMD equivalent   or nVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, 2 GB or AMD Radeon HD 7870, 2 GB  as recommend  and the one I plan to get is Graphics Card (GPU): Nvidia GTX 560 / ATI Radeon 7850 2GB (or better)

How many intake and exhaust fans do you have? Does the configuration seem like a lot of air can be quickly passed through the case?
