I have a dell gx270 and it had windows 7 pro on it and it was very slow and laggy. So I wanted to repurpose that computer for web browsing and watching videos. After I gone thought the installtion process it tells me to restart, after restarting I get this black screen with this message

/dev/sda1: Clean, 122731/9740288 files, 1335199/38941952 blocks

What is a fix to this?

If it just stops there it seems to me that smth went wrong with the installation process, /dev/sda1 is the partition on which Lubuntu should have been installed... When you downloaded the ISO did you do the checksum? Also which program did you use to create the bootable USB?
