Closed Loop Server Cooling

Is it possible to mount closed loop liquid coolers onto a norco server chasis? Probably aiming for 1-2U, just pretty skeptical about this working.

possible, yes, appropriate cooling, not in the least. too many moving parts of failure.

I mean, most do come with a warranty, and they're not too expensive.

most do come with a warranty, but the lost data/time due to a overtemp shutdown is not replaceable or reimbursed.

I mean, air cooling would be a possibility for me, but I'm looking into a 1U case, and you can get how a Xeon would overheat pretty fast in that.
