I use a Swiftech h320 x2 Prestige water cooler and 2 Fractal Design fan that came with my case (Define S):

4% Load - 24-26 degress Celcius

20% Load - 29-32 degrees Celcius

4% - Okay, gives us an estimate as to your ambient temps

20% - Useless info. Put it in a 100% load of Prime95 and then we can start talking.

You... don't put a hammer on the CPU... *question mark*

You won't damage your CPU with 100% load. CPUs were designed to be used, not to be idling.

WTF. You stresstest it. AIDA64 Stability Test should do the trick.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

I installed Aida and I watched 4 videos but cant figure out how to run the actual stress test.

I didn't do a legit stress before, just ran realtemp in the background while I ran render passes in my video software.

Go Tools -> System Stability Test, choose Stress CPU, FPU and Cache and let it run for 20 minutes, while monitoring temps

I wouldn't let it go above 90.

Here's the 100% data... idk how to read it but... TADA!

They drop back down to 29-33 immediately after.

got it temps are idle after 8 min, can I end it now? @Morgan MLGman @BlueCrazii

See, 50 degrees maximum, so you've got some overclocking headroom

Video edit man, 3d model and VFX... that crazy type of stuff. Most people that do it max out a 32gb set up.

Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/K7ZYcc

Need to upgrade the GPU soon, bought it a month ago as a temporary card.

I don't game much and even when I do it's for gaming videos hahaha

This is a whole new approach to verifying safe temps!

You're running stock clocks and voltages.  As long as they aren't sky high, don't worry about it.

Yeah it was all stock, I plan on OC the cpu as soon as I get a watercooled card. This is my first real build and I just want to make sure I do everything right haha
