USB 3.1 with thunderbolt?

Hey,

 

I have been looking at the Asus Z170I Mini ITX Motherboard.

I noticed that it is equipped with USB 3.1 but have not found any information on whether it is Thunderbolt capable.

Ti be hones i dont even know if this question makes sense since i dont know much about USB 3.1
