csm initialization not posting

as the title says my asus x99 pro is stuck on the error code 79 which in the manual says csm initialization as soon as i boot it up

i get no post and i have removed all components and reseated everything and tried with 1 dimm installed and nothing is happening

i have even tried without my gtx 770 installed \

the cpu  was running at stock at the time and i have reset cmos aswell

Cpu: Intel i7-5820k at 4.6 Ghz // Motherboard: Asus X99 Pro // Ram: 32gb of Crucial Balistix at 2400 Mhz // Gpu: GTX 1080 Founders Edtion // SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250gb, Samsung 950 pro 256 gb, // Cooler: Cooler Master ml240r // Case: NZXT h500i
