i am looking to get a case with a inverted motherboard mounting.

theses are the only ones i can find;

I don't know of any other than the BitFenix you linked to, but just curious, what's the advantage of having it inverted like that?

Does it have to be ATX?

I think it would look better with most graphic cards, backplates are often not prettier than the cooling stuff with the fans facing you

All avp acses are inverted, btw why does it matter.
