So my friend has $600 and want a new computer. Can someone go on pcpartpicker and make him one? I ask because I am known for being awful at that kind of stuff. he wants to play Dark souls at medium-High graphics, but unfortunately his current computer is awful. Please help. he already has monitors.

The RX 480 is coming out on the 29th.

You can replace the SSD with a hard drive if he needs more space. 

You can get Windows for cheap on G2A, Reddit (probably the safest), or Kinguin.
