Hey,

i'm planning to do a custom loop maby next month or later this year and i was wondering if i picked everything right Link: http://i.imgur.com/j43j1QS.png

Reason i picked that waterblock is, it seems to fit my gigabyte 1070 g1 gaming since it's a ''short top'', but i'm waiting for EK to reply to my email.

let me know if everything is ok.

thx in advance!

Oh yea I saw that video before.... Guess you are not a big JayzTwoCents fan eh? He went back to Pastel and he and Meyhams are now working together to solve the Pastels in his system and it turns out it was the massive heat from the 3x TitanX on one loop and the VRMs and 5960x. So Pastel is just fine.

I recommend you use white tubing and use clear coolant. Don't take the chance man, otherwise everything else looks good. Use this coolant. https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-ekoolant-evo-clear-concentrate-100ml

Can you source that?

Man, can he just use distilled water? It is better and less expensive

Yes, but he should buy some concentrate coolant, it is clear, and it has stuff in it to help maintain the loop.

Anyway, if you can try to avoid pastel, even if it was only Jayz, I would still recommend clear fluid with white tubing.
