The rig: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/W8cccc

Purpose: nice in-home streaming with a raspberry pi using the program moonlight while delivering outstanding performance

budget: $500, the HDD and RAM are going to be transferred from an old rig. The GPU is one I have lying around that my old rig can't use because of power limitations and connectors.

Opinions?

The B1 EVGA PSU is notoriously unreliable... Consider getting the 750W B2 (since it's often on sale for the same price).

Alright, so other than the PSU the build is good?

I don't know much about the cooler you've chosen, but unless you need the smaller form factor, it would be more budget-friendly to get the hyper evo 212. You can also save some money on the mobo with something like this (it's got a MiR): http://pcpartpicker.com/product/bzbp99/asrock-motherboard-z97pro4

All Z97 mobos support overclocking. The one I linked will be no different in overclocking results. Other features should be close as well.
