Can anyone recommend me some RAM to get?

As a test to my problem mentioned Here I am going to try replacing my RAM, so I am wondering what would be best to go for? dual or quad and what Mhz and reliable brand. I would need it to be small to fit under my oversized CPU cooler. Here are my current system specs:

 

OS: Windows 10 home 64 bit
GPU: Nvidia 980 ti - Evga hybrid
CPU: Intel Skylake i7 6700k
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH D-15
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR4
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A
PSU: Evga 750W Supernova G2
Monitor: Acer XB270hu 1440p 144hz G sync
Secondary Monitor: 21" 1080p 60 hz monitor.
