I have just finished my computer but it won't turn on 

before it was finished I turned it on and something happened and now it won't it also didn't display then either I have replaced the motherboard in attempts to fix it but still nothing

update: I did the paper clip trick and the system turns on but if to many things are plugged in then it shuts down what's that mean
