My pc rig atm: Intel Core i7-5930K (15MB Cache, up to 3.70 GHz), s2011-3 2X Zotac GTX 1080 FE, ASUS X99-DELUXE/U3.1, s2011-3 DDR4 32GB (4x8GB) Corsair Vengeance HDD 3TB WD Black, 3.5", 7200RPM, 64MB Cache, SATA3, SSD 512GB Samsung 850 Pro CORSAIR Hydro Series H110i GT 280mm Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler Corsair 760W, AX760, modular.

Im running 2x1080gtx FE in sli(standard bridge).

I was playing Witcher 3 and Division (1920x1080p): Im getting in witcher 3 100-114fps on ultra (hairworks on and ultra). The division fps is around 60 to 80fps. I also played on 4k monitor (3840x2160) but i cant remember my fps. Counter strike GO im getting weird fps drop when shooting (fps 250-300). Idk what to do buying new psu axi 1200w or getting  evga pro sli bridge v2? All gpu settings are on default. I dont know why im getting those lags in games. My nvidia settings vsync off and power maximum performance. My gpu1 and gpu 2 temps at idile 60C and 55C. Please someone help me

Chances are CS:GO is not meant for SLI, try turning SLI off and testing to see if you see the same behavior.

I don't know if it make a difference but the HBM sli bridges are available on Nvidia, just bought one for my build. I don't think your current bridge is trash. I don't have the link but you can check your components and see if you need to upgrade your power supply.
