When i am rendering things that are really intense both my monitors change to a black or orange color and i believe its may be my cpu because whenever i render thing intense i have 100% cpu usage and 30-40c

That is most likely your gpu, psu or a driver issue, I would suggest first using DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller)and  reinstalling the graphics drivers, then trying a different psu, the cpu usage has zero affect on the monitors.
