Best fans for PC case

I want to populate my PC case with fans but I dont want my pc to sound like a jet engine. What are the best 120mm fans out there that is quite and good for cooling?

Im thinking of BeQuiet Silent wings 2, Noctua NF S12B, Noctua NF F12 and Corsair SP/AF 12. Or are there any other options. BTW I have dust filters.

NF-F12's aren't as quiet as SW2's or even  NF-S12B's. 

If possible, I'd recommend going with NF-S12A's or NF-A15's.

how about the redux version ones? they are much affordable

The NF-P14(x) are good.
