I need Help

I recently bought Windows 10 for my new PC and watched a video on how to disable all the options in windows 10 to ensure having better privacy. However, when I want to use the store, it only allows me to use work or school accounts and not Microsoft accounts. I redeemed something with my Microsoft Account before this PC and I want to get it but I don't know which settings to re-enable. Any help would be appreciated.

It is probably because you disable things without knowing what really they are, because you were giving false information on what it is and how it works.

Sadly, as I don't know what you followed and done, I can't really help you, beside say to take your system back in time (personal file should not be affected), with Windows System Restore, at a time before you started the changes.
