Surround Problems on GTX 1080

Ok so I don't know if this is software related but Nvidia surround doesn't work as well as my old card did. I actually was playing at 1920x1080 with no issues with every game. So after a long session I turned on nvidia surround so I can play GTA V and it worked perfectly. It was running at 2025 MHz around 90% usage. Well later I went to go get something to eat and windows restarted. Every game now will not use my overclock and will not go past 15 FPS. The card runs at stock speed which is 1607 MHz and the GPU usage is insanely low.
