Socket 1150 support

Hi, I'm looking to build a new desktop pc and was considering a Z97 Motherboard (1150 socket ) with a 4790k cpu.

Does anyone have any info if Intel plans to support this 1150 socket with any further cpu's, or could i be limiting my future upgrade options by selecting this motherboard/cpu combo?

They won't refresh the 1150 socket, the best you can have will remain the 4790k

There won't be any CPU for LGA1150 socket in the future
