I think the red dragon is better.  Are you looking for price to performance or just whichever build performs better?  The motherboard and graphics card really made it better, but it depends if you like MSI or ASUS.  I personally prefer EVGA for GPUs and MSI for motherboards.

GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 1070,  CPU: i5-6600k OC to 4.0 GHz,  PSU: Rosewill Capstone G750 750W,  Mobo: MSI Z170A Krait Gaming,  Case: NZXT H440 White,  Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8),  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB, Mouse: Razer Ouroboros,  Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Chroma, Mousepad: Razer Overwatch KB+M pad, Headset: Corsair Void RGB,  Monitor: 1x ASUS PB277Q 27" 1440p & 1x HP Pavilion 25cw 25-inch 1080p

Both builds are pretty much the same. The only major difference between the two being the motherboard swap, but both boards are really solid to begin with.

Case is purely subjective, what you like other's may or may not, its entirely personal.

ram makes such little difference, that it really doesnt matter. 3200mhz and 3000mhz will perform nearly identically in 99% of applications.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed, is get rid of that segate hdd. Get yourself an HGST or WD drive, they'll cost nearly the same, and have magnitudes more reliability.

Updated 2021 Desktop || 3700x || Asus x570 Tuf Gaming || 32gb Predator 3200mhz || 2080s XC Ultra || MSI 1440p144hz || DT990 + HD660 || GoXLR + ifi Zen Can || Avermedia Livestreamer 513 ||

New Home Dedicated Game Server || Xeon E5 2630Lv3 || 16gb 2333mhz ddr4 ECC || 2tb Sata SSD || 8tb Nas HDD || Radeon 6450 1g display adapter ||

Didn't know that you were in India, and thanks for the tip.
