Somthing is bugging the pc

Hey guys so I am with 2 monitors now and had one on display port and the other on dvi - kind of didn't work, my pc shut off and didn't start then I switched to dvi-d on the 144p monitor and pc works but whenever shut down it restarts right away again. Soo what should I do about this problem ?

I am on Windows 10 ltsb x64
