You can easily get a 1070 with that budget, 1080 [probably. If you want to penny pinch a bit, wait for the 480. H7 is a decent cooler, but not worth $65. Might as well get the H80i V2.

Looks decent enough, although I would recommend a 1070 instead of a 980ti. They're about evenly matched, but 1070 has 2 more GB of vram, and is slightly less expensive. There is also the Sabertooth Z170 board if you're into the military aesthetic (to go with that C70 case). No idea how much that actually costs though

Are you using it with the ASUS monitor on the partpicker? If so then the 980ti or even the 1070 are pointless as it's only 75hz at 1080p. You would be better saving money on the card (RX 480) and getting a good 120/144Hz monitor. Otherwise you won't see any benefit.

Did a few changes, if you have that CPU you might as well get a good overclock mobo to have some fun, plus changed the Ti to 1070 which should be superior for the same money. ;)

This was the only thing i was unsure about. I want the best graphic money can buy so I will spring for a 144hz monitor. I've updated the partpicker: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/W7hhM8
