PC Start up problems

So my PC had some virus problems and my anti virus software couldn't find it. It had been going on for a while. I could not fix it. So I decided to factory reset my PC. This morning I turned it on and nothing happen. This PC turned on with fans gpu cpu and everything but it did not turn on or boot up into the bios even bit the mobo light is on. Please help I'm not sure what to do. Windows 10. 64bit I5 6500

You could try resetting the CMOS by taking out the battery and putting in back in on your motherboard.  When you take it out wait a few minutes before putting it back in.
