game not loading

Hello guys, I wanted to play some Richard Burns rally but it doesn't launch. I tried a fresh install but no help. when I open the launcher and click on play there is no loading happening and no window opening not even in task manager i see anything. (the game is not crashing its not even starting) what could be the issue?

more information about system should have been provided.....

tried but didn't do the trick.

I have win 7 pro

i7 3820 OC

2x 390 OC (cross fire not active)

 

I used to play the game like 6 months ago with the old gfx that I had, maybe is something with the new gpu?
