The cheaper you go the worst they sound, funny how that works right? A headset is something you should save up for,  I would day something in the $150 to $200 range is a good headset.  In my opinion a budget of $1500 for a PC that you want to stream with, play games, want an awesome headset, need a monitor AND a desk is low... If you saved up anther even $300 you could could build something youd be happier with in the end

with a K processor you can overclock. but on a H board you cant overclock, you need a Z board to overclock, and since you now i dont think you will be or should be overclocking so id get a non K processor to help you save money too

 

and no you can easily run ARMA 3 even a way lower end CPU then what you have

Should I get the 970? getting a 1070 exceeds the 1,500$ limit, and as the 970 only adds a few dollars.

the 970 is better, at this point id looked used on craigslist before you buy a GPU becase people are selling the 980TI for cheap, i saw one for $300 last week.

 

 but if you cant do that then id get a 390 as its better then a 970

lol i checked craigslist nobody is sellign a 980ti near me lol. 

 

and ive thought about amd and its because ive read that amd isnt good for csgo, and etc. What's your opinion ?

AMD isn't good for cs go LOLOLOLOLOL where did you read that? if anything youll have more problmes with Nvidia becase Nvidia doesn't know how to make a good driver and puts out video drivers that make your card stutter and whatnot in games until you downgrade your driver again.

 

but no just because its AMD does not mean it will run worse in games and if it does thats the game maker's fault, but no in CS GO AMD works perfectly. i've never had a Nvidia card in my life and never had troubles running any games

Will amd still do good with streaming and arma 3 ? ( i know arma 3 and streamign is a more cpu reliant

Since im not overclocking should i stick with the regular stock cooler for the processor and not waste extra 40 $ ?

stock will work, but id get a 212 evo uness thats still $40 there was no cooler in your parts list

and i took away the thermal paste becase you dont need it, your cpu cooler, or stock cooler will come with thermal paste pre applied and all using artic 5 will do is make it like 12 degrees cooler and that doesn't matter

the reason i put the 970 is because people kept saying on reddit that all the 930 is used for is for higher resolutions and etc hense the 8gb vram, and that it uses alot of power and heat. whats your take ?

930? lol, the 390 is better then the 970, yes it does run hotter but thats becase all AMD products run hotter. it wont make a difference, if you want to get a worse card for that reason well thats on you. it wont overheat or thermal throttle, as long as your case had good airflow, but even with a 970 you'd still need good airflow in your case, any card needs that.

ah okay. Well what else do you recommend ? anything else for the build im missing ? 

 

aslo is the SSD im using good? Its because i want to run both csgo and arma on the ssd aswell with the os, since its much faster

im not sure about that SSD, id reccomend this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820147372 but thats more then the one you have so idk if you can get it.
