help with setting up OCZ RD400

I just got myself a 256GB pcie SSD from OCZ/toshiba or whatever. I had pc troubles and reset my system. So now all i have on it is windows 8.1. How do I migrate windows form my hard drive ti the pcie ssd? also, the pcie ssd isn't showing up in the file explorer. HELP

Do a fresh install then move files directly from the hard drive.

I reset my hard drivce back to factory settings. should i just format and erase the drive and to a fresh install like that?

Do you have a Windows install disk and product key?

nope. i have one for windows 10! lol

yep, doing it right now. I just wanted to see if i could keep windows 8.1, but i could try to downgrade. thanks dude. been trying to set it up for a 45 minutes
