LED cable converter help

Looking for a converter to go from black 4 pin fan/pwm styler LED cable connector to a 4 pin style as seen on the white one.

 

Anyone know where I can find one?  Can solder/splice if needed

And then you'll have to find a female connector for that pwm-like connector.

happen to have a pinout of both? without that your chances may be slim.

EDIT: more specificly checking which of the 4 wires is the "common" and if the "common" is ground, or vcc (+12v usually)

As mentioned you will most likely need to make an adapter to work with the SMD5050 type of LED's however I do think Addoncustoms does have an adapter like that of sorts for the Phanteks last time I checked. @AddonCustoms

I found a video on YouTube actually where someone did this mod and it looks like he used this cable and then soldered it onto one of the controllers extensions pieces.

I might use those cables @TheKDub linked though.  Might make for less of a mess for what I'm planning.
