Msi Afterburner help

So for the last day i have been playing around in Afterburner, getting some results. I have an Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 2gb oc, and i think it can take a good overclock with the 2 6 pin power connectors. Heres my data so far (attachment), the increase is so minimal im not sure if im doing it right...

 

Also, for some reason Afterburner had some limits so i went into the .cfg and changed it to allow me to OC further, and now it wont let me OC anything...
