FPS in GTA 5?

I am on very high setting in gta 5 with no MSAA and i get around 80 fps to 130fps with my 980, is that normal?

Assuming its 1080p, yes it is. I know how it feels to have ultra spec and then 60+ fps isn't still satisfying

Because it's pushing out as much as it can in terms of frame rate. Probably unoptimized as fuck.

Nope.

In fact, ~90FPS at very high with no AA is completely normal with a 980 on GTA V.
