DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION - Cannot post

I had some problems with drivers and needed a reinstall anyway so i reinstalled my pc. While reinstalling i got the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION message twice. The reinstall just continued as normal after the reboots so i presumed it was fine. But now, after the bar has counted to 100% the pc refuses to start. The windows logo pops up with the rotating dots. Sometimes the pc just crashes and reboots itself and sometimes the screen freezes and I get this error. It is fucking infuriating and I don't know what to do!

 

Any help is appreciated!
