OK so my system are http://pastebin.com/vh30eT4p there is also i link so show what frames i should just about be receiving in games but im getting terrible frames im playing overwatch and i turned my setting all the way down to the lowest possible settings and nothing im getting 60 to 70 at the spawn with some dips into the 40 and 30 and once i got outside 60 and 40 and 30 and even if i turn my settings back up to high its exactly the same i dont know what to do i uninstalled my display drivers and got the new ones have the latest bios im lost all my driver are up to date please help

The 660 is a fairly old card now, although I doubt it'd hinder a game such as Overwatch (not trying to diss the game at all, I love it). Maybe your CPU is bottlenecking?

Sorry, don't have any more helpful advice. It may just be time for an upgrade since your card may be broken or breaking.

still not the case because im not running games at max setting 1080p im on 1600*900 and should still be able to play on medium to high settings and my gpu doesnt even get used all the way wen playin overwatch even on high with some ultra settings so this is not the case

also in unigine benchmarks valley and heaven on high settings im getting above 60 fps easily everytime
