I guess against a GTX 950 both the RX 470 and 460 will likely be better. But wait for benchmarks!

The RX 480 will be out at the end of this month, at that time we will probably know more about the RX 470/460 as well.

seeing as how the RX 480 will perform better than a 980, the 470 might be just under a 970 and the 460 may be around a 960

Wouldn't be surprised if the 470 beats the 970 flat out by at least 10% but that's the market AMD wants. They want the guys that could never afford the Nvidia cards last year and get the performance gains everyone else had last year.

Good effort and it may actually work considering the price/perf ratio of the RX 480.

The 490 isn't in the line up at all from what I'm hearing. The 480 is the full chip so we have what we have until Vega.

Yep - Vega is supposed to drop in a few months and, according to AMD, hammer the 1070 as well

So RX 470 is like a 170$ 970 with less power draw/heat output and more VRAM? seems good

more like a r9 290 base on those benchmark but yeah less power draw

the rx 460 on the other hand doesnt need any power connector just plug it in on the pcie express slot > this will sell like hotcakes if this card beat the 750ti / r7 370

Keep in mind this is without release drivers - things need to be retested 2 weeks later

It likely will - expecting 960-levels.

All with a $150~ price tag (I'm hoping around 380X-390 performance)
