Hi!

I currently have one EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 and with the current falling price of them, Would it be worth to get another? I play games in 4k and most of the time it works fine, but I would like more power, but the issue is because it's not a reference design, my fear is that the 2 cards close together be way too over heated and in the end, not make too big of a performance gain? Or, would it be worth to water just the one card i have now and overclock it? (And no, I don't want to sell it and get a GTX 1080!)

You sell it and get a 1070.

You only have 4GB of VRAM on that card.  Moving forward, that card is not ideal for 4K gaming.

GPU scaling sucks and you will probably get micro stutters and it wont be good at all. AMD might have fixed this issue with their new RX line but we have to wait till the end of the month to see for sure. Don't waste your money on another one. Just change some settings or lower your resolution if you cant hit that 60FPS mark. Im just looking out for your wallet and what I think makes sense. With the 1080 and 1070 out and/or coming out, in my view the 980 has not seen price drops to warrant buying one when considering the impending competition and the price drops that we are likely to see on older AMD cards as a result.

What i forgot the mention with the 'Falling price" was eBay, Its around $300-$250 for one, but do you it would be good just to wait a bit? I've used AMD and there good cards, but i prefer Nividia! Amd off topic for a sec, With your water cooler, does yours ever start to click and make A LOT of noise after it's been on awhile?

Isn't the GTX 980 exactly like the Titan X, but with less V-RAM? xD So pretty much, I would be wasting my money to get a GTX 1070

Geez man, where did you get your information?  Good thing you came here this time.;)

The GTX 980 is no where near a Titan.  Now the GTX 970, that is withing farting distance of a GTX 980.  The GTX 980 has always been a bad value at $500.

Now with a $250 RX 480 breathing down the GTX 980's neck, any GTX 980 purchase over $200 is not that good... especially at 4K...holy crap.

This is rumor:
