need help on build

so i need a part list for a budget build in the 400-500 range tax and windows included :/ oh and did i mention its in cad ? well it is...

i can get some ram local for around 40$ and a a10-7850k for 100$ (pretty much 50$ counting taxes) , any ideas ? i was thinking apu but idk

 

and its for pretty much gaming and general use only no streaming or editing

my laptop- toshiba satelite p850, cpu- i7-3630qm ram- 8gb 1600mhz hdd- 1tb 5400rpm gpu- Nvidia gt630m 2gb

did you know we have a gun thread ? well we do
