Try using a Level3 DNS or google DNS. Rather then an auto one

Or you can just use a program like ccleaner and tick the box under the [system] heading in windows settings to clear where it says [dns cache] to flush the cache too.... I'm only suggesting this as most people would be using ccleaner or a program similar I would imagine too :)

That is down to the ISP usually if you have trouble with the DSL dropping. Maybe contact your ISP to see if they can do anything, they'll most likely walk you through a few checks anyway.

I talked to Verizon support already and all they did was ask if I wanted a technician sent out to my house. $100 if the problem is in my house such as the cabling while it is free if it is a problem with the Verizon equipment/something outside of the house.... screw that
