So I bought a gtx 660 card, second hand from a fourm

I have it setup so one monitor is through HDMI and one is through DVI-I but with a adapter for VGA which runs my smaller monitor

I had to upgrade my PSU as it wasn't enough, so I went for a ACE 700W PSU Brand new

Whenever I run a heavy graphics game, The monitor that's on VGA develops a light pattern of lines and there is a audiable difference from the graphics card, but when I exit said game, everything turns back to normal. Meanwhile the HDMI Screen is fine.

Now is it that the graphics card is duff, or that the PSU is rubbish or the DVI-I Connector ?

I'm at a loss, thanks :)

Probably a bad cable or adapter. Because vga is analog and not digital, a bad cable really can cause issues unlike digital connections like hdmi or dvi.
