Recommend me a home network switch...

Recommend me a switch with the following specs...

 

1.  16-24 Gig ports

2.  Supports link aggregation

3.  Under $200, new or used.

4.  Needs to be QUIET!!!

 

I have a Dell Power Connect 2824, and it does everything I need, but is not quiet.  My main network hub is just above my entertainment center, which means loud items interfere with the TV.  I would like to replace it with something quieter.

Found a video that showed me how to quiet down my current switch by replacing the loud fan with a quieter one, so just did that instead.
