Radeon HD 7750 driver issue

Hi guys, I reinstalled windows for my friend and I'm having a hard time finding the driver for his GPU, I've downloaded driver autodetect, and I proceeded to install the driver it suggested, but it stopped midway through. Something caused it to stop working, and it said it will let me know if a solution is available, something along those lines. Can you help me get a decent driver for his card, cause I can't find it myself.

Go HERE and scroll down to the "Manually Select Your Driver" box then enter the information necessary and click "Display Results", it should bring you to the download page for your card and OS so just simply scroll down to find the most recent driver package and click download.

 

P.S. if it stops midway again use DDU then retry it.
