What should i upgrade?

Depends on how much you're at risk of a power outage. Personally I'd get a keyboard since I haven't had a power outage in several years.

i loose power 1-2 times a year, this year more but on average 1-2

Since you already have a keyboard, get the UPS first. You can always get a better keyboard later.

Yes but if he power goes out 2 times a year its not worth it really. I mean if went out maybe 2 a month I would agree but 2 times a year is not worth it. A good keyboard can change how people use their computer. Well how much they like using their computer.

Then I guess this depends on what kind of work the OP does. If he does professional work on the computer or writes 20 page long essays for university, then he should get it. Other than that, keyboard should be the way to go.
