if you aren't overclocking, downgrade to the i5 6500 and h110/b150/h170 mobo and use the cooler included with the cpu.

you can get quite a big lot of games with $45, check out humble bundle, indiegala, bundlestars, etc. they sell games bundles for charity(and pretty cheap too; $1-20 depending on which bundle and tier you want) sometimes the bundles are crap but other times they're quite excellent.

you could get a larger capacity hdd/ssd or an i7 6700, but all of these are unnecessary.
