Receiver making loud pops

All of a sudden, my receiver is making loud poping noises and not making any music. Im not sure why. It happened all of a sudden when i plugged in an RCA connection. I disconected that, powered it off and on, and it still makes popping noise, weather it be on the HDMI, or radio

Its a Denon AVR-590

i got it used on craigslist, but its probably no more than 5-6 years old
