Change the ssd, that one is bad.

Also a >120mm AIO cooler is useless, better go for an air cooler in that case like the 212 evo.

And I don't know how good/bad those fans are since corsair tends to make 'meh' fans.

Change the i7 for an i5 6600k and save some money. They perform almost the same.

Change the CPU to a 6600k unless you need the extra threads for rendering,

Change the SSD to a 850 evo if you can squeeze it in,

Grab a Air cooler instead of that Water cooler

Wait on the GPU until the RX 480 comes out

What exactly will you be doing with this build?

 

-The Corsair H60 is poor performance for your money. Grab the Cryorig H5 Ultimate or the Thermalright True Spirit 140 instead.

 

-The SSD (the V300) is a big no. Get the ADATA SP550 instead.

 

-Getting the GTX 970 now would be terrible timing. Either wait for the RX 480 or the GTX 1070.

 

-Get a better quality PSU. You should be able to get the Corsair CX550M for cheaper.
